I was born and raised in Italiy, then i moved to Belgium 13 years ago.

I am really amazed by all the different cultures that exists out there and my curiosity gives me the wish and the capability of learning all i can about any new culture that attracts me somehow. I recently stared learning another type of languages, more specifically web development ones : HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and PYTHON; This domain really fascinates me because it allows me to give life to my creativity!

I really enjoi the contact with new persons, i easily merge in every new environnement, and i am a quick leaner.

I occupied an administative position, where my main role was:

-Informing the citizens about, the various services, the municipal administration offers;

-Redirecting them to the office of purview;

-Giving them appointments or contacting the service when needed;

-Informing the citizen the required documents and conditions to renew an id card, driving licence or how/ where to register a new born baby, etc.

-Answering citizens recuires by email or phone;

-Knowing every thing the services does, what the law says about any procedure and make sure to advice the citizen in the most efficient way so to make the experience clear and easy no matter the langauge they speaks the age and the specifity of the information;

This job position has been very rich of, knowledge and skills ;

For instance i practised very well my Spanish!

I believe that as long as there is the willing to learn and the perfect skills to put that in the right context, IMPOSSIBLE WON’T EXIST ANYMORE! None was born with built-in knwoledge, everyone starts from somewere.
